Our service

The Timeless Project rents cameras and produces edited films from the footage you and your guests capture. Booking details, pricing, and what's included are shown at the time you order and may be updated from time to time.

Booking & payment

A booking is confirmed once we accept it and payment is received. Prices are listed per package, with any add-ons or additional rental days shown before you submit your request. Equipment rental is also subject to our Rental Agreement.

Your film & ownership

You own the moments you capture. We retain the rights to the edited films we create and grant you a license to use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. We may, with your permission, share examples of our work.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our website and equipment lawfully and not to misuse, copy, or interfere with the service. You must be at least 18 years old to book.

Disclaimers & liability

We work hard to deliver a film you'll love, but our services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your booking. Creative and editing choices are made using our artistic judgment.

Changes

We may update these terms as our service grows. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date.
