Rental Agreement

Rental period

Your rental runs for the window you select at booking — a standard 7-day window, extendable up to 14 days for an added daily fee. The last day of your window is the deadline to drop the equipment off for return using the prepaid label we provide.

Returns & late fees

Please return the equipment on time using the materials and label provided. Returns made late, or without the provided label, may incur additional daily fees until the equipment is back with us.

Care of equipment

You agree to:

• Use the equipment carefully and as intended.
• Not attempt to repair, modify, or open the equipment.
• Return it clean and packed in the materials provided.
• Tell us right away if anything stops working or goes missing.

Responsibility for loss or damage

While the equipment is in your care, you're responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear. If equipment is damaged, you may be charged repair costs up to its replacement value; if it's lost or beyond repair, you may be charged the replacement value. We may request a card authorization hold for some bookings.

If equipment doesn't work

If equipment arrives or becomes faulty through no fault of your own, let us know promptly and we'll replace it or, where that isn't possible, offer a credit or refund.

Payment & cancellations

Payment is due in advance to confirm your booking. Because we reserve your dates and equipment, bookings are non-refundable except as covered below.

Our guarantee

If our equipment malfunctions through no fault of yours and no usable footage is captured, or your package is lost in transit to you, we'll make it right with a replacement, credit, or refund.

General
