Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before you book. Still curious? Reach out any time.

How far ahead should I book?

For peak season (spring through fall), a few months ahead is ideal so your dates are locked in. Closer to your event is sometimes possible too — just ask.

When will the camera arrive?

We suggest starting your rental window about 3 days before your event so the package arrives with time to spare. The last day of your window is the deadline to drop it off for return.

Do I need any filming experience?

None at all. The camera arrives ready to record, with simple guidance so you and your guests can just press record and enjoy the day.

What if the camera isn't working when it arrives?

Give it a quick test when it lands. If anything seems off, email us right away and we'll get a replacement to you as fast as we can.

When do I get my film?

After your camera comes back, we sort your raw footage and edit your film. You'll receive a custom 3–5 minute film plus a 15-second social reel, with raw clips delivered alongside.

What's included?

Every package includes the camera, your edited film and social reel, organized raw footage, a shot guide, and a kit bag. See the full list on our packages.

What happens if something is damaged or lost?

Let us know as soon as you can and we'll help. Responsibility for the equipment during your rental is covered in our Rental Agreement.

Can I add extra cameras or custom edits?

Yes. You can add film cameras at checkout, and we're happy to talk through custom requests — just contact us.
